Kenneth was the son of George Edward Born Leeds 1853 and Emily Born Blensoe, Cumberland 1869.
With his twin brother Eric, Kenneth joined the Leeds Medical school in July 1914, and both brothers joined the Leeds University Officer Training Corps, and in 1915 both brothers gained commisions.
Kenneth gave his life in action in November 1915.
