Harold was the son of George Born Leeds 1869 and Annie Sanderson Born Wortley Leeds 1869 who were married in Wortley Leeds in 1896.
Harold left Leeds Boys Modern to join Bradford districts Bank in Park Row Leeds, he enlisted into the Bankers Battalion the 26th Bn royal Fusiliers in November 1915.
In April 1916 he was sent to France and lost his life in January 1917.
